W Bangkok Hotel

I recently stayed at W Bangkok for a week and it was an amazing experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with special thanks to Nicole , the W Insider. The promptness in meeting our requests was astonishing and the room service was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the metro station. the warm service, well-equipped rooms, and delicious breakfast made our stay truly memorable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stunning venue, beautiful decor. Fantastic bed, pillows, and bedding. Superb bathroom with multiple shower options and deep bathtub. Large windows with great views. Good TV, AC, and lighting. Complimentary DVD player with library. Amazing cuisine, better than local food. Conveniently connected to BTS metro. Great staff and services. Excellent cocktails. Can't wait to return.

The Easter weekend at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome. I was actually surprised by the selection of drinks and snacks in the mini bar of my room, it was such a thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation options. the really good service and attention to detail made my stay nice.

During our stay at W Bangkok Hotel, the reception lady was kind and accommodating, granting us a late checkout until 4pm to accommodate our later flight. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and flexibility. The room decor was really good, with a comfortable chair, a well-stocked minibar, and a beautifully designed bathroom. The breakfast service was efficient, despite the need to order everything through the attentive staff. I had a great experience at W Bangkok Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Convenient location near BTS Skytrain, clean and spacious rooms, excellent customer service, 24/7 7-11 nearby, great breakfast selection.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel was in a great location, close to upcoming restaurants like Bunker in Sathorn 12 and very close to the skytrain. The room was spacious and clean with a modern bathroom and a nice view. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The pool and gym facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

The TV programs had limited options.

We had a truly luxurious and indulgent experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were top-notch, especially the Spa & wellness centre where we enjoyed a full body massage and were pampered with body wraps and beauty treatments.

The only minor issue we encountered was the service. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, we found that they were not always attentive to our needs.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, being right beside the BTR station made it easy for us to explore the city. The rooms were amazing, clean, and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious options to choose from.

I wish there was air conditioning in the lift.

Arriving at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the stylish and modern decor throughout the venue was impressive. the Spa centre exceeded expectations with a wide range of options including full body massages and detox drinks.

The only minor issue was the breakfast, as the selection was somewhat limited compared to other luxurious hotels. in-room breakfast options were available.

I was kinda surprised when they personally followed up with me multiple times to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The hotel's unique decor and fun amenities added to the overall experience. The bed in my room was huge and comfortable, making it difficult to get up in the mornings. The gym was well-equipped and I never had to wait for any equipment.

There were some minor maintenance issues in the hotel, such as missing tiles around the pool and a noticeable smell in the corridors. I experienced traffic noise during the night and in the mornings.
